This inexpensive software (STRETCHWARE™) reminds you to stay healthy (and ultimately more productive!) by taking a quick stretch-break right at your computer workstation. Just tell it how often you’d like to be reminded to take a few moments to move (e.g., every hour, half hour, 20 minutes, etc.), and how you’d like to be notified (e.g., with a sound, a flashing icon or a window).
